Our insurance package has been developed with industry specialist broker, Balens Europe BV, to meet the needs of the beauty, nails and complementary markets and is provided through Lloyd's Insurance Company S.A. Our insurance includes €6.5 Million Professional, Product & Public Liability cover.
€6.5 Million Professional Treatment Risks Insurance
Should anything happen while you are performing a treatment or acting otherwise in your professional capacity.
€6.5 Million Product Liability
Should there be any injury or loss arising from the products you supplied whether to your clients or up to certain limits on a retail basis also.
€6.5 Million Public Liability Insurance
Should accidental damage or injury be caused to persons or property whilst you are performing your treatments.
€6.5 Million Professional Liability Insurance
Covering you for claims against you that could have financial implications.
Legal & Tax Protection Package
Insured by ARAG Legal Protection Limited and includes legal cost up to €150,000 including solicitors’ and barristers’ fees, court costs, expenses for witnesses, attendance expenses and accountants’ fees. We will also pay the costs of appealing or defending an appeal. (Excludes Students)
ARAG Helpline
ARAG helpline provides services 24 hours a day, seven days a week during the period of your insurance. Includes free representation in the case of enquiry by Revenue Commissioners worth €120 along with accountants’ fees.
